Choosing your Attorney:  how do you decide?

The attorney you retain to represent you, and possibly your business, in a federal white-collar investigation and possible prosecution is the first, and one of the most important, decisions you will make in the criminal matter.  Why? Federal criminal matters are often complex and carry significant consequence. They tend to be well investigated and prosecuted. Unlike most stateside white-collar matters, federal cases often take years to finally resolve.

If you are reading my website, you believe you may require an attorney in a federal criminal matter. Please review my background and my experience. (click on the internal link).  I am an experienced attorney with 38 years of federal criminal practice. I am committed to achieving the best possible outcome for you, and I have the experience and the judgment to achieve that outcome.   We accomplish that outcome by you and I developing a sound and winning strategy based on the facts, the laws that apply to your case and the informed course we choose to take. Our strategy requires careful execution and clear communication.  I use my experience and bring to bear my commitment, patience, care and stamina to achieve the best outcome for you.
